But we don't forget about you after enrollment. Once that happens, you have access to our Customer Success Team, which will periodically reach out to you to make sure you're happy with your coverage, understand how to use your benefits, and answer any questions you may have. Because of that connection, SmartMatch should be your first call every enrollment period — to make sure you're getting guidance and support from a company you trust.
